PROCEDURES TO BOOK

 BANKING & CONTACT DETAILS

v     Confirm availibility of date – email will be sent

v     Pay dep of R200 to secure booking – by cutoff date or cancelled

v     Once dep is received date will be then only be confirmed

v     1 week in advance email will be sent– finalize details

v     Pay for kids via EFT by Wednesday before party

v     Pay cash for parents on day of party /any extras

v     NB :Pay for number of  kids confirmed on the Tuesday                 (even if they dont pitch up)
